Terms of service

Do It True is a 14-day coaching program delivered on the web and in the Do It True app. Each program day includes a recording, a journal prompt, and a required action. A coach reads your answers and gives you feedback.

Do It True is coaching. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and our coaches do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you need that kind of help, see a licensed professional. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988. Outside the US, contact your local emergency number.

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because that is how you sign in.

The program costs $299 USD, paid once at checkout through Stripe. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Prices may change, but a change never affects a program you have already paid for.

You can get a full refund within the first 3 program days. The full policy is on the refunds and cancellation page.

What you write and record belongs to you. You give us permission to store it, show it to your coach, and process it with our service providers only to run the program for you. Once a journal session closes it cannot be edited. You can download or delete your journal at any time.

• Do not share your account or the program’s recordings and videos with others.
• Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service.
• Do not use the journal to harass or threaten anyone.

The recordings, videos, prompts, and written material belong to Do It True LLC. Your purchase gives you a personal right to use them during and after the program, not to copy or resell them.

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

We work to keep Do It True available and accurate, but we provide it as is. We do not promise any particular result from the program. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the program is limited to the amount you paid for it.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page.
