Refunds and cancellation

You can get a full refund of the $299 USD program fee if you ask before the end of program day 3. This includes any time before day 1 begins. You do not need to give a reason.

After program day 3 ends, the program fee is not refundable. By then you have received the onboarding videos, the first recordings, and a coach’s feedback on your answers.

If something went wrong on our side, such as a technical problem that kept you from using the program, write to us and we will make it right.

• Email support@doittrue.live from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address.
• We confirm the refund by email.
• The refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.

The program is a single payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. You can stop using the program at any time. To remove your account and your journal, use Delete account in settings, or ask us at support@doittrue.live.

The program is delivered digitally, on the web and in the Do It True app. Nothing is shipped. After checkout you create your account and can start the onboarding videos right away.
